Priscilla Tsitsi - Consultant
Priscilla Tsitsi holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (B.Soc. Sc) degree from the University of Cape Town; an Institute of People Management (IPM) Diploma and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from Natal University. She also holds a certificate in Change and Transition from Linkage Incorporated in the USA. She is currently in the final year of Masters in Business Leadership (MBL) at the School of Business Leadership, University of South Africa.
Priscilla spent fifteen years in the human resources field in middle and senior management roles. In consulting, Priscilla has worked with major mining groups, investment companies and government departments in areas of competency modeling, competency assessments, job profiling, culture surveys, change and transition management and performance management.
Prior to joining Linkage, Priscilla held senior HR management positions in banking, legal, auditing & accounting and aviation industries. Her broad areas of expertise include setting up human resources divisions, remuneration and compensation benefits, training on performance management, competency profiling, job grading, training and facilitating workshops on employment equity and transformation, developing human resources policies & procedures, leading organisational development interventions, being a change agent and training managers on employee relations.
